Three Wise Men

Brought by three kings,

Who followed a star;

Three gifts for the baby

They sought for so far.

At the sight of the three,

Mary, Joseph and Son,

They knew they’d arrived,

This babe was the one!

At once they fell down;

Deep in silence adored

The child in his blankets;

That infant; their Lord.

Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh

They offered oblation,

Gifts for the new born

To show their elation.

So solemn their homage;

The Magi could see.

His birth for mankind;

An Epiphany!

This manifestation,

For Gentile or Jew,

Christ King among Kings

The Savior brand new.
